Organization

Crucible Studio is the place of research and development of original content and technologies for visiting professional artists, engineers and scientists, as well as to universities' post-graduate students. Much of the work is assisted by the graduate students, who may have a final degree working place in the Crucible. The work in Crucible is directed by the Steering Board and the Management Group that consists of the Producer, Director, Technical Director and Research Director.

Steering Board

The Steering Board’s responsibility is to operate and supervise Crucible’s operation and the quality of the artistic and the research work. It frames the activities of the studio and accepts the Action Plan and the budged presented by the Management Group. The members of the Steering Board represent various areas of excellence covering research, design, technology, commercial and production expertise. Steering Board meets bi-annually or more frequently when necessary.
