Media Lab Demo Day May

Crucible Studio is one of the presenters at the Media Lab Demo Day on 20th May, starting 13:30. The event is held at the Media Centre Lume Studio Stage, Hämeentie 135 C, Helsinki, and is planned to last until 17:00.

alan01 installation at Masters of Arts

The alan01 installation project will be exhibited at the Masters of Arts 2010 – City of SensesExhibition in Helsinki from 12th May to 13th June. The exhibition is curated by Marita Liulia.

One of the exhibited projects, alan01, is connected to Crucible Studio’s storytelling software researcher Teemu Korpilahti’s MA thesis work, titled “From Alan01 to AlanOnline – a study of the different characteristics of physical media installations and non-material media art”. Korpilahti received his Master of Arts degree from the Media Lab in December 2009. A pdf of the thesis can be found here.
